Nice soothing music, and your voice is at a perfect level . You let the camera show the house, and you don't give us the Vanna White routine. What draws me to this model is the in-law suite. I just love that. But in my opinion those type of suites don't feel complete, without direct access to the outside. You could get away with it if used as an in-law suite, but not so much for someone looking to possibly rent out that space. The other thing that it's missing is an integrated counter cooktop. You've got a big ole fridge, but nowhere to cook? I guess you could get a plug in counter top device that you could use, but it wouldn't be the same. This area is what makes this model special/different, but they didn't give it the attention that it deserves ... not quite complete. I viewed a tour of this area, and they used a smaller fridge under the counter, allowing the counter to be longer, but they still neglected to put a cooktop. The smaller fridge makes sense to me in this application.

Are you allowed to put a hot tub & grill in the courtyard space?

Nothing wrong with the house/floor plan. What i cannot believe is they put a pedestal sink in a bathroom meant for be shared by 3 bedrooms. Hopefully they plan on fixing this when they actually sell it, like changing the office back to a bedroom.

Nice house, I absolutely love that primary suite. I hate tv's in bedrooms, but could certainly make an exception here.

Why not just wait until they come out? - Mine comes out almost every day to snack on the grass for a few minutes then goes back in. All that work when you can just wait until they come out,.. and without touching them, enclose it until the authorized personnel comes to get it.
